2nd Sugar Dock Clean up

The happy bunch of volunteers converged last June 15 for the 2nd clean up of the group at Sugar Dock/ Aquarius Beach Tower side.

This follows the clean up at the same area last March 15.

21 volunteers participated (Shirley's staff and relatives)and were able to gather 80 lbs. of trash which were mostly cans,bottles,plastics and discarded food.

A Toy Story Birthday party for Aadrick

The party had a very popular theme, as the much awaited Toy Story 2 is shown in theatres almost at the same time. We at Shirley's got to celebrate with Aadrick, his family and friends last June 19.

Hendrick Turns 7

Turning 7 is a big milestone and such an event deserves a happy celebration.

Shirley's Coffee Shop was host to the Adelentar Family as they celebrated Hendrick's birthday bash at Susupe last June 19.

Roy and Mona Tiglao's wedding reception

Shirley's Coffee Shop continues to be a popular reception for weddings. Just last June 5, Shirley's was again witness to the happy celebration of Roy and Mona Tiglao.

The 2010 Shirley's Coffee Shop Invitational Basketball League

The 2010 Shirley's Coffee Shop Invitational Basketball League came to a glorious end last May 26.

The league started February 7, 2010 and 224 games were played in all by the 15 competing teams. 10 games were played each week at the JP Center Basketball Court.

With this, Shirley's Coffee Shop fulfilled the goal of the league to encourage the staff to have a healthy past time while fostering wholesome competition, teamwork and camaraderie.

Hats off to the teams from the following companies who participated. The companies are all noted for their good standing in the community and their adherence to the welfare of their employees.
